Body Scultping

Body Sculpting is a strength training workout that combines flexibility and cardiovascular conditioning using just one set of 5-pound (each) dumbbells.
It is designed to shape and tone the body without building muscular size or bulk. It is highly recommended to those enrolled in a weight loss program because it helps retain lean muscle tissue while boosting metabolism. Any fitness level can enroll. 1 Hour Class.


Pilates

The program focuses on the core postural muscles which help keep the body balanced and which are essential to providing support for the spine. In particular, Pilates exercises teach awareness of breath and alignment of the spine, and aim to strengthen the deep torso muscles.  1 Hour Class.
